Please find the official withdrawal form below. Withdrawals will be processed at the end of the current month in which this form is submitted. If the withdrawal notice is received after the 1st of the month, no refunds will be issued for that month. To avoid forfeiting any potential refund, please ensure that you submit the withdrawal notice before the start of the new month. We do not require a 30-day or 60-day notice for withdrawal. However, submitting this form before the new month begins will prevent any further charges on your monthly tuition.

CANCELATION PROCESS FOR WEEKDAY ENRICHMENT CLASSES ENROLLMENT
  • Please complete the withdrawal form below
  • Payments are made on the 1st of each month for the entirety of that month. There are no refunds once that monthly charge has been processed.
  •  Please note that it is essential that you withdraw your child prior to the first of the subsequent month should you choose to discontinue your membership.
  • This form triggers the cancelation of your credit card with Soccer Sidekicks and no other notice is required
CANCELATION FOR WEEKEND LEAGUES
There are no refunds for the finite weekend league play programs. Please email info@soccersidekicks.com for all the weekend league removals and issues
